Went into LAX Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ready to buy a Jeep. The advertised price looked good, but once we started working up the deal, they added $6,000 in accessories.
If $6,000 in accessories is required, it should be clearly disclosed and reflected in the advertised priceānot added once a customer is already sitting at the desk. That much extra money could easily leave someone upside down in the vehicle from day one.
The whole experience felt like the stereotypical high-pressure dealership experience. I was a serious buyer and walked away.

I would be very cautious buying from LAX Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I went in ready to purchase a Jeep based on the advertised price, only to find out during the deal that they were adding $6,000 in accessories.
That is not a minor fee or small add-on. It completely changes the price of the vehicle and can put a buyer upside down from the start. If $6,000 in accessories are mandatory, that should be clearly shown in the advertised price instead of being revealed once a customer is already sitting down to buy.

Effortless car selling experience. I reached out to all the usual suspects to sell my car: KBB, Carvana, Shift etc. Katherine at LAX Auto immediately reached out and let me know they were interested. I ended up choosing LAX Automotive because not only was their offer the highest, but Katherine was a real pro and not pushy at all. After selling my car to them at a fair price, they paid for my Lyft home. All in all it was about a 90 minute experience. Highly recommend (ask for Katherine).
