Poor service, u tell them 1 thing they do the opposite, I
Poor service, u tell them 1 thing they do the opposite, I took it back for a recall that can cause a collision, they tried to send me away saying there's no solution to this yet. I had to get on them to at least check it, it shouldn't have came to that. they did a damage to my vehicle and didn't want to take responsibility and that put the cherry on top of me never going back again

What an excellent experience! I started with my Niece at another LA Dealership and the difference is night and day! Lynn was excellent with communication. She kept me informed and helped with pricing. I would highly recommend her!

Lynn expeditiously moved to resolving my cars issues the car would need to stay at the dealership for some time so she provided transportation for me to and from my home. I would highly recommend LAX CDJR Dealership to family and friends.
